jjqin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Typical verification documents accepted from Pakistani players include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent selfie, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period specified by jjqin may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. Any changes to contact details, mobile number, or payment method must be reported to jjqin support promptly. jjqin is not liable for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated player information on file.
jjqin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where jjqin reasonably suspects: fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. In cases of account closure due to player-initiated responsible gaming requests (such as self-exclusion), jjqin will process any verified real-money balance for return to the player subject to outstanding wagering requirement checks.
Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jjqin account credentials, including their password and any OTP codes. jjqin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
